THE LORD HAS PROMISED GOOD TO ME

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐃 𝐇𝐀𝐒 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐌𝐄!

This morning, as I took my bike ride to the park and paused in front of the trees and the calm lake, my heart was full of gratitude. In a world that feels so chaotic, I am reminded of the timeless words from Amazing Grace:

"The Lord has promised good to me,

His word my hope secures;

He will my Shield and Portion be,

As long as life endures."

These words ring loud in my spirit today. They remind me that no matter the storm, no matter the noise around us, there is peace to be found in trusting the Lord. We may face challenges, but His promises are steadfast. I breathe in deeply and say, "Lord, I thank You for one more day. You will supply everything I need today, and I am resting free from all alarm. I am leaning on Your everlasting arm."

We all need a place of solace — a place to rest, breathe, and feel the assurance of His love. Whether it’s a walk in nature, a moment of stillness in your home, a song that stirs your soul, or a promise from His Word that you can hold onto, find your peace today. This is how we make it from day to day — trusting in His faithfulness.

So, take a deep breath, and know that you are not alone. Lean on Him. He is our Shield, our Portion, and our Peace.
